Transfer air tickets

Air tickets are non-transferable, it is generally not allowed to change passengers' names and/or last names. In most cases, the booking must be cancelled so a new one is made with the correct details.

Please note that the airline might deny boarding if the information on the ticket does not match the identification document you present at the airport.

Misspellings on passengers' names

If you are not changing the travelling passenger but need to correct a minor misspelling on the name you initially entered, we can check for you whether it is authorized by the carrier. This may imply extra charges by the airline and Sky-tours processing fee will be of 65€ per ticket
